The Unwinding Anxiety program is based on the work of neuroscientist and addiction psychiatrist Jud Brewer, MD. His 3-step model combines mindfulness and habit change research to help people address anxiety, overeating and smoking. Our expert co-facilitators provide guidance and support in exploring the science of how our minds work, mindfulness practices and interactive exercises. The program is designed to help participants outgrow old habits and develop healthy coping strategies. The Apps based on the model (UNwinding Anxiety, Eat Right Now and Craving to Quit) are the textbooks for the classes and a two-month subscription is included in the tuition.
