Mindfulness Meditation NYC is a collaborative of Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachers offering classes in the NYC area.
We have also included a number of resources on MBSR and related topics. We hope you find this website useful and welcome any feedback and suggestions you may have.

Interpersonal Mindfulness: A Class for MBSR graduates
Cultivating Presence in Relationship
Friday mornings, 9:30 am – noon
January 17th – March 7th
This class is based upon the practice of Insight Dialogue and was 10 years in the making - a collaboration between the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Metta Programs.
